Fabrication & Metalwork
We employ coded welders experienced in using MIG, TIG and Arc-Welding techniques for mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and cast iron. This enables us to produce a wide variety of components for many applications.

Our comprehensive CNC Guillotine and Press Brake facility for cutting and bending of materials up to 5mm thick and in lengths up to 3mm is complemented by a D1500 portal profiling machine with a heavy duty fabricated steel machine bed capable of cutting plate up to 12mm thick.

Sandblasting and Specialist Coatings
We have invested in a new 3m x 3m sandblasting booth, used as a preparation process before the application of specialist coatings. The facility can also be used for the cleaning up of old components or stock items such as fencing or staircases prior to powder-coating, spray-painting or galvanising.

Our two powder-coating facilities are capable of coating components up to 4m in length, producing a high quality finish with high-impact resistance and excellent long-term durability. In addition, our 2 large-scale spray facilities enable large components or fabrications to be spray-painted within the BS or RAL colour ranges. Also, our strategic business relationship with a local galvanising company ensures preferential service and rapid turn-around on all projects.
